1. Membership Eligibility: The Bondi Nails Membership Program ("the Program") is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

 

Special Conditions: The reduced membership fee of $9.99 is only applicable to the first 100 members who sign up for the Program. After 6 months, the membership fee will automatically increase to $13.99 per month.

 

2. Membership Fee: Membership is $13.99 per month with a minimum period of 6 months.

 

3. Membership Duration: A minimum of 6 months membership. After 6 months, Membership will automatically renew.

 

4. Renewal and Cancellation: Membership will automatically renew at the end of minimum required period (6-months). Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining membership term.

 

5. Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to a 10% discount on all services offered by Bondi Nails during the membership period, special promotions, and priority access to new products and services.

 

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Bondi Nails reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership Program, including its terms and conditions, at any time with or without notice.

 

7 Communication: Members will receive communication regarding membership updates, promotions, and other relevant information via the contact details provided during sign-up.

 

8. Personal Information: Bondi Nails will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. By joining the Membership Program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information.

 

9. Governing Law: By signing up for the Bondi Nails Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Bondi Nails reserves the right to revoke or deny membership at its discretion.
